These terms may simply include the locality's name, or they may include information about the area only residents would think to search for. What Is Included?
A three-month agreement is required to begin. You provide an upfront $299.00 deposit and we start working on ranking a website we design. If we are able to rank this website in the top 5 of Google or rank the website in Google Maps, the deposit will be used towards payment for the last month. There is no fee for the website, to which we retain ownership. We pay for all costs including hosting, design, domain registration, telephone number, and all other associated costs.
We will then setup a monthly subscription for you via Paypal for $299 per month. The monthly plan includes everything outlined above, as well as one video and up to two customer reviews per month, which are submitted to all the major search engines. We even produce the videos and show you how to collect the customer reviews.
If your site is not listed in the top five positions on Google or Google Maps after 90 days, you owe us nothing. We will refund the deposit of $299 and you lose nothing.
